The shipping is horrendous!

I received this bag in a very small shipping box where it barely fit. It was crumpled with security tag attached!!! Tags removed from the bag and scattered inside! One handle, the prettiest one with pearls and fringes was missing!!! Nordstrom quality control is gone! Will never buy a designer item from Nordstrom again.
