Plush 6-Piece Organic Cotton Bath Towel Set

I have always been very satisfied with any Bolle and Branch purchase…not this time. The towels are good but one bath towel is just not soft and fluffy like the other bath towel. It is noticeably scratchy and after repeated washings has not softened at all. This set was just not up to the standard I have been used to. It is very disappointing.

Ordered on the fly to accommodate houseguests. Color was perfect, but towels frayed with first wash. What a drag!!!!

Bath towel came with a large loose loop of thread showing. For the $160 price I expected the entire set to be free from major or even minor flaws. Very disappointed.

This towel set was quite pricey, took three weeks to get to me, and one of the bath towels came with a long loose loop of thread hanging from it. I really did not want to go through the hassle of boxing it all back up and returning it, so I asked for a price adjustment due to the defective towel. Turns out that is against policy. So not only were these expensive towels poorly made, but there is no recourse to this issue but my spending my time and energy to correct their mistake. I will not buy towels from Boll and Branch nor Nordstrom’s ever again,

We recently completed a major remodel of our master bathroom. We ordered 2 sets of Boll & Branch 6 piece sets in their color Mineral. The towels are very nice and comfortable, however each set is a significantly different color. We ordered them together so we could interchange towels as needed. This color discrepency is disappointing since this interchangablility is not possible
