Quality is incredible. The Firm is a brick.
They purchased this pillow with previous history of medium pillows that were probably nowhere near the quality of bowling branch. The previous pillows that I purchased were probably more like a super soft down. Even though they were called medium fill. So I went ahead and spent the money on the b&b firm.
I'm sure it's great for some sleepers. Unfortunately not for me. I keep it as a separation between me and my dog which is actually just fine.

I am trying to return my purchase
I cannot get anyone to help me. I fi out the form on line but I cannot finish it. I have emailed for assistance twice an no one returns my email. Very dissatisfied with this company. I certainly willl not recommend Boll and Branch.

Would not recommend
I am a side sleeper but I find this too hard for my shoulders . And it has a slight odor it does not have any of the softness of down feels like a rock
