Wonder pillow
Have tried so many different pillows with no neck pain relief. I remember my grandparents having down pillows and how much I liked them. I like that they aren't too fluffy and that you can fluff them up to how you like. They remind me of luxury hotel pillows. Hands down best pillow ever.

Amazing pillow but smells bad
This is the best pillow! I never thought a down pillow would give me the best night sleep! I’m a side sleeper so I ordered the medium, my husband is a stomach sleeper so he got soft. The only downside is the smell. I have a protector on it & it still doesn’t smell the best.

Down chamber pillow soft
After a few weeks of sleeping on it, I e decided it’s much too soft for me and softer than I originally thought in the store. I would buy the medium filled if I had it to do over again. The quality of the pillow is superb

Too soft, but great quality
As a stomach sleeper, I figured "soft" was the right level but I sometimes feel it is too soft.
I also purchased the firm pillow and use it for reading in bed when I need to sit upright. The "firm" pillow is VERY firm.
I sound like Goldlilooks, but perhaps medium is the just right option.

decline in quality
i purchased two firm down pillow inserts. These are about 1/2 the thickness of the pillows i already own from Boll and Branch. i am truly disappointed.
