Woven Knit Organic Cotton Throw Blanket

This blanket is beautiful and soft. The rich, rust color is stunning. It washed well on delicate and the lint situation stopped after one wash. I don’t think this is a good blanket for frequent or heavy use. 2 weeks in, there are 3, large, noticeable pulls (I’m talking a foot of yarn in one case). I don’t know if it’s dog related, or delicate washing, or just using it as more than a decorative item. I haven’t really let the dog near it so it’s hard to say, but this is best for a child and dog free home. Could have been my engagement ring, for all I know. This kind of weave is going to be susceptible to pulls. It’s not built for heavy use and it was a nice surprise for a gift, but I’d be returning it if I’d paid for it. Regardless, the quality of the yarn and the lack of chemicals used are evident. I love Boll & Branch. I love my bedding. I am gifting my sister a whole set for Christmas. So it’s hard to complain, though I wouldn’t pay B&B prices for this if my intention was more than decorative.
