high quality belted dress
Purchased the black and navy colors. True to size. Looks great as shown in pics. I had wanted to wear without the belt, under jackets. The fabric is too stiff to lay well without the belt. Kept the navy, as it’s a little less stiff than the black. The fabric is like a scuba fabric (moderately thick), but breathable.
