Cute but color brighter than I expected

Nice fabric but color was brighter than I expected. It looked softer online than in person.

very brightly colored

This top was what I thought I was looking for. I liked the yellow ditsyy color online but was so bright. I feel like the picture online was more muted. Looked almost neon in person. The neckline was also bothersome where the elastic is around the neck/shoulder...just felt odd and bunched together although supposed to do that. Just didnt love it so I returned it.
