Flattering to any figure
I am crazy about this adorable dress. The picture does not do it justice. I am not a young woman and no longer show my arms or waistline. This dress lets me hide my imperfections and feel fabulous. This dress is both classy and casual. The fabric is beautiful and wrinkle-free. You could wear it to the office or go dancing in it. That is exactly what I am going to do. I will wear it tonight while teaching my ballroom dance class and then go dancing. I would recommend buying it now before they run out of your size. If it came in a dark blue or burgundy I would buy more.

Not true to size
I am 5' 2" tall and weigh 145 - I ordered this in petite large and it was too small everywhere - shoulders, arms, bust, butt. I'm never a PXL. Length was OK. I had to return it. Otherwise a cute dress.

Great for get up & go
Purchased 2 of these and took the advice of some reviews and went larger. I ended up having to get the length brought up.
It's also large around the collar area. My suggestion would be to order the size you would normally order because of the pleats, you have ample room to accommodate a larger bosom.

best casual dress I own!
This dress is very flattering!! It has pockets! And it’s easy to wash and hang dry. The material is pretty neat and it has good texture. I will often wear this on a hot day with Birkenstock’s. I had to go back and buy it in other colors. Serious win here. I’m 5’7” and 140lbs with plenty of belly fat and I can wear a size small and still look good :)
