Foundation like Skin!
I’m a model and I wear Bobbi Brown Foundation stick literally anytime I put on makeup. I have this stick in a 6.75 and the shade is a perfect match for my skin. I don’t even have to use a concealer for an areas of my face where I had blemishes from old breakouts. It goes on perfectly smooth and reminds me of a gentle matte. It feels really light as if I had no makeup on which I love! People always think it’s just my skin when I’m fact, it’s Bobbi Brown!

New Formula is AWFUL
So BB went and messed with perfection. I had used this for years, and this year they went to a new "gel based" formula (according to the BB counter manager in NYC). It is terrible now....no staying power whatsoever, thin and no coverage, just horrible!! I'm so disappointed and angry.....WHY do these companies INSIST on changing top-rated products??? Anyway, never again.

A New and Improved Version!!!
I didn't think the BB Foundation Stick could get better but it truly has! It is less yellow and more neutral based. Those of us with more pink/red undertones will appreciate this! It is also creamier, more emollient and glides on to create a flawless and very natural finish. I have normal skin and I love the increased dewy glow it provides. I also found the 3.0 Beige to be a perfect match which was the same color I used in the original Foundation Stick. What I also love about this foundation is that the coverage can be anything from sheer to full depending on how much you use. For a lighter look I like to use BB Extra Tinted Moisturizer Balm all over and then use the Foundation Stick in just the areas of redness.

I’m not sure how this gets good reviews. I moisturized and used a primer before applying with a BB foundation brush. I set it with powder and a spray, but as you can see, it just sort of sits on top of my skin, and cakes up in places. It lifts off when I even randomly touch my face. I have dry skin, so I can’t imagine how awful this would be for someone who has oily skin. I will be returning this.

Makes me proud to show some skin
This foundation stick is not only the perfect color for my skin, it also soothes my dryness and stays all day. It has a true skin finish when I apply just enough to even out my redness. I took a picture of it without a filter to show you the effect of just a tiny amount!

BEST FOUNDATION EVER!
OK so I ordered this pretty much because...well, it's what I do. I'm a foundation junkie. Pretty much any foundation brand you can name (for oily skin) I've tried it. I've always like Bobbie Brown but this one is HANDS DOWN the best foundation they've ever come out with and one of the best foundations I've tried PERIOD. And that's saying a LOT. It doesn't make my oily skin oilier and that's job 1 for any foundation I use.
The color matches me so well I can't even tell how much I'm putting on lol. For reference, I'm an NC-45 in MAC and the Golden (#6) it PERFECT. My skin looks natural, flawless, just AWESOME. I will never be without this stick. WAY TO GO BOBBI BROWN!!
