does what it says
You know, sometimes good products that aren't flashy don't quite get the kudos they deserve. This brush is a good, solid SHEER powder brush. It's perfect for setting powder because the smaller head can apply the powder in all the nooks and crannies of the face - something that bigger, denser brushes have a hard time doing. The bristles have lots of give which is what makes it "sheer." I always like a thin dusting of setting powder because otherwise you can see it sitting on the skin. You would never blend anything with this brush, or apply foundation, but for dusting on a setting powder or a powder highlighter or you like a bit of bronzer - this is your brush.

Soft but small
I ordered this brush online and was very surprised and disappointed when it arrived. It is way too small to use for anything. I never even tried it, so I have no idea how sheer it applies powder.

Perfect highlighter brush
I use this brush to dust Laura Mercier's illuminating powder on my face. The bristles are soft and do not shed at all. Great brush!

Great Brush
I don't know how to apply makeup to save my life but Jennifer at the Bobbi Brown counter showed me how to use this brush to apply bronzer. I love it. I don't look like an orange-y and pancaked.

not that good
I love Bobbi Brown brushes and accidentally bought the wrong one but went ahead and tried it, it really wouldnt work well with either blush or bronzer, just too narrow so you dont get good coverage at all.
