What it is: A cream-gel formula that effortlessly defines and fills in brows while controlling and shaping them.

Why it's different: An innovative cream-gel formula provides natural-looking definition while a powder base allows for a soft, natural look that’s never stiff. Wheat protein and Pro Vitamin B5 help condition brow hairs, too. It can also be used as a quick, temporary cover-up for stray greys between root touch-ups.
How to use: Lightly brush the cream-gel formula directly onto brows from the wand using short, quick strokes while moving upward and outward with your natural arch as you go.

Perfect!
I have used many products for eyebrows, but none look natural. This product is perfect because my eyebrows are graying which means that pencils, etc. all look silly when your skin area is darkened, but the actual eyebrows are still light! This product colors the actual brows while enhancing the shape of your brows. Perfect! The blonde shade also works well for us graying blondes without looking clownish.

Don't use
I had used the former Bobbi Brown eye brow shaper with color, it was great. However, after two uses of this new one, I had a bad reaction and my eyebrow hair fell out partially, they look like they have been shaved with some spots entirely missing hair. This is not the same formula as the previous one, notice it says it touches up hair as well? It is probably much stronger.
Here's hoping my brows grow back. Oy.

Messy
For you darker haired ladies (like myself) Brunette is most likely your color. I found this product to be very wet and sloppy in its application. You MUST be extremely precise in your application. It feels very wet and then hard and stiff for a few hours afterwards. I also didn't see the coverage all that well. I like a natural look so I was going for something with a light formula, but this might be a good "hold in Place" product after your pencil which is just too many steps for simple routines. I'll stick to my pencils: easier, less messy and more natural looking.

Less product, more expensive than HG Anastasia
First, this product does work. I prefer the viscosity and thickness of Anastasia's brow gel though, and there wasn't room to correct a mistake because brushing this more than once makes it heavy. This product is definitely a strong hold and I noticed it all day long.
However, it is inexcusable for BB to make a product that isn't as nice as the Holy Grail one made by the brow experts, Anastasia, and then charge more money for less than half of the amount (ABH: .28 oz vs BB: .13 oz).

Fantastic!
I've been trying to find the right eyebrow color gel to fill and tame my crazy brows. This is perfect! I have very dark brunette hair and often, the gels are too light or nearly black, which is too harsh. This one has just the right tone that's warmer than black, accenting the brows nicely. It's also super easy applications.

Disappointing
This is not my favorite purchase in the make-up department. It goes on too heavy making it hard to lightly sweep the product on. I have Gimme Brow from Sephora. It works much better. I love Bobbi Brown but unfortunately this item is a disappointment.
