Matte vs Sparkle
I own many of the BB cream shadow sticks. I love the matte colors, apply beautifully and last. Truffle has a subtle shimmer and is lovely as well. Many of the other shimmers are really more sparkle. Moonstone, Mica, Smokey Topaz and Golden Bronze are lovely until they are applied and sparkles fall around my eye. The sparkle in the application is a bit clumpy with the darker Topaz and Bronze. I tried this trio, but found the two shimmer colors to be the clumpy sparkle mess. I will continue to purchase the matte colors and Truffle, but as for the sparkles they just don't work well.

First time buying this product and now I have a new favorite. It's long wearing, sets well and works great with powder shadows also.

Long lasting
I was excited to try the Bobbi Brown eye shadow trio sticks. It went on my lids smoothly, I was able to layer and smudge several colors, and the eye shadow lasted more than 12 hours! I plan on purchasing other shadow sticks soon!

love the creaminess and size-perfect
Being my 1st purchase of this eye shadow, I liked the idea of trying a mini size to get acquainted with how the colors work with my skin tone. I am mid 50's and find going more natural, without any sparkles, is best look for me. I love the vanilla shade the best. Would definitely buy a full size of it now. Staying power is "okay" though not fabulous. I have very sensitive eyes and this did not bother my eyes one bit.

These are so pretty and so simple! I love that they give a polished nice look for when I don’t feel like doing a ton of blending or heavy eyeshadow. I like using these alone or even together to give a nice glow and then darker stick in the crease of my lid. They also last for hours and stay on all day/night.
