How to use: Using your eyeshadow brush, apply Pale Cream Eyeshadow from your lashline to your browbone, then blend any of the medium shadows on the lower lid. Line the top and bottom lashlines with Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner, using short, even strokes. Make sure the top liner is thick enough to be visible with eyes open. Finish the look with 2-3 coats of Eye Opening Mascara, applied from base to tips of lashes.
