Durable, classic boots
I bought these for my husband as a second pair. His originals are years (if not a decade) old and still okay for mucking about. He'll use these as 'dress boots'. They fit great right out of the box and I'm sure he'll have them for many years.

2 years and going strong
I was looking back to find out what size I bought to order my mom a pair of these! Purchased two years ago and LOVE these boots. Easy to slip on, waterPROOF. Slosh thru puddles, wear at the beach and rinse sand and salt off afterwards… somehow let your feet breathe. Comfortable for walking miles in. (Actually bought when I was on strike for a year as a nurse because another nurse had a pair on and was telling me about this high quality brand shoe!)
I’ve never taken them hiking up mountains so tbd…. Sizing is tricky! I’m usually a women’s 9 (with a wide-ish foot) and this shoe is Australian 6.5 that I have! Llbean is great with exchanges though. My 24yo son also owns a pair and I see him wearing them all the time.

Great shoes
I bought the shoes to take a trip to London. We did a lot of walking every day and they were wonderful.
