Favorite boots!
I bought these here, at LLBean, at least 2 years ago. These are the most comfortable, best-fitting casual boots I have ever owned! They are a bit tight around the ankle, so it takes some effort to get them off until they are more broken-in (but I have big ankles), but once they loosen up, they're fine. I have narrow feet and these have been a godsend. They are still wider on me than they would be on an average foot, but the tighter, higher ankle really helps keep them in place without heel-slippage. The soles have held up incredibly well, showing almost no wear after all this time. The size conversion chart accurately identified by U.S. size. One thing to know is that these are not super warm, for mid-winter arctic temps. Blundstone does make an insulated version for those temps, but these are great for general, everyday use.

How does anyone get their feet into these?
These boots are very cute and seem well made. I do not know how anyone can get their feet into the boot, however. The boot shaft is so narrow that I had to fight to get my average width feet into them, which I am not willing to do every time I put the boots on. Too bad.

How does anyone get their feet into these?

Too tight in the ankle
Ankle was WAY too tight. I couldn’t get it off my foot, had to have my husband help me! I have two other pairs of Blundstones and have never had this issue before. Very strange.

Love the idea but the fit is weird and sizing is a little off. I normally take us women’s size 8-8.5 Euro size 38-39. I bought women 8.5 as per what was on the box. I had to return as they were too short and really wide. Bummed cause otherwise they’re nice. Despite the (fake) looking distressing on the rustic brown. I think they could do better for the price.

High top too difficult to remove

I was having foot pain from other boots being too narrow in the toe box, but I am not truly a wide foot since the back of my foot and ankles are thin. This boot fixes it all nice grip at the ankle area, wider toe box but not floating around. I would call it TTS since I normally buy W7 in boots (to accommodate the width). Most of my shoes are size 6.5-7. The boot in 6.5 felt too short for me. Keep in mind the 1/2 sizes only increase width per brand website so a 6.5 might be a 6 length. Removed a star just because it is hard to get in and out. Overall feels like a stiffer leather that is not painful but doesn't give as readily as you bend your foot. Store associate says this should not fit loose at all just right because break in time it gives and softens. Color reads like a broken in soft almost dark grey.
