short for sure. OK quality
I returned this because at 5’2” it was kinda short for me, otherwise TTS, and I didn’t like the fabric. the fabric is a weird felt looking texture. It’s lined, which is really nice. But it looks cheap and old right out of box, this is because of the felt looking effect of the fabric IMO
