What it is: A luxurious balm-to-milk, soft blue cleansing balm that effortlessly removes makeup and impurities.
What it does: Using gentle, clean-rinsing, sugar-based cleansers, it moisturizes with cocoa butter and mimosa-flower wax while soothing with deep-blue azulene-rich essential oils of blue tansy and German chamomile. Vanilla and sweet orange essential oils help to relax the mind for a tranquil, spa-like experience. It rinses clean effortlessly while thoroughly removing makeup and gently purifying the skin. The sugar-based cleansers gently and naturally cleanse without stripping skin of oils; cocoa butter, an antioxidant-rich ingredient, helps to protect skin from heat, cold and irritation; blue tansy and German chamomile calm irritation and soothe redness; mimosa-flower wax conditions and hydrates the skin.
How to use: Use morning and night. Gently massage onto dry skin for 1–2 minutes. Using a warm cloth, wipe the balm from your skin, sweeping over closed eyes to remove makeup. The balm will turn milky as it cleanses. Rinse any excess with warm water. This product can also be used as a hydrating mask. Simply leave it on for 20 minutes to reveal dewy, plump skin.

Calming and relaxing balm
Mmmm. Let’s start off with that. As a flight attendant I often arrive at hotels tired and ready for bed and with the temptation to skip my skin care routine. But this cleanser is such a lovely experience in itself, that it’s a nice ritual before bed that I don’t ever want to miss. The cleaner is a balm that you use on your dry face, and it melts with the warmth of your skin. I use circular motions and move my way up and around all the way down to my neck and chest. It smells so lovely and doesn’t irritate my skin. I use it twice a day and a little goes a long way. Sunday Riley is not cheap so I try to make it last! I pair blue moon with their Luna oil and CEO moisturizer, and that’s my routine!

Terrible!
My skin had a terrible reaction to this product and I use most of the Sunday Riley products with no problem. Two weeks later and my skin still looks burned and abnormal. Try at your own risk.

Truly Amazing
This stuff is all I want to use now. I'll never use soaps or other cleansers to wash my face again! Ingredients are lovely, smell and texture too. It's perfect! My skin type is dry, sensitive, and acne-prone.

Wonderful
I have oily acne prone skin and thought this would be too oily for me. It exfoliates and cleanses very well and leaves my skin soft. Since using this line I no longer have cystic acne breakouts once a month and blackheads of decreased substantially. Together with Good Genes, my husband commented the other day that my spots have faded dramatically. Both sun spots and acne scars. I cannot afford this line but it is the only thing that had worked on me so I will make other sacrifices to be able to keep getting this. Cannot recommend enough.

Gentle, effective balm
Love the blue color of this balm and that it safely removes makeup, even eye makeup. The smell is fairly light so those with scent sensitivities should be able to tolerate this product well. Usage Info: A little goes a long way so the container should last for a while.

I can't decide yet if I like this or not. I don't find the texture like a balm - actually it seems to separate between every use and there's a little liquid floating in it. It doesn't take off my mascara as well as I'd like. Still giving it more of a chance, but it may not be a repurchase.
