Ersula Low Profile Waterproof Sneaker (Women)

So disappointed in the fit of these shoes. I’ll start with the two positives: They’re super cute/stylish just like the photo, and the grip is great. I ordered in both 8.5 and 9, with 8.5 being my usual size and I have a bunion (wide toe box, normal size heel): Cons: 8.5s felt like 7.5s! Too short and narrow. Strangely enough, even with tightening the laces my heel kept coming out of the shoe just walking around my kitchen. Finally, there’s no support whatsoever. None. The 9s fit better for length, only somewhat improving the width, but that made the heel flopping worse. I’ve never run into that with a sneaker, really weird. Not sure what foot type these shoes would fit, but it wasn’t mine

I love the low profile style, the look of these in the navy color, and that they are waterproof. Of average height and weight, I have a fairly narrow foot, but these were too tight especially in the toe box. Loosening the laces didn't help. Other reviews mentioned it but using my own insole often works. But the Seattle store lady in the video said the "insole is fully removable if your prefer to swap it out" but that's inaccurate - they are glued down. Oh well, I'll return these and keep looking for something similar.
