Everyday^™ Pull-Down Postpartum + Nursing Support Tank Top

I bought this as a maternity shirt, bought a size up and it was still too small. Not because it runs small but because this is not a maternity shirt. The photo of the white tank on the pregnant person is not the same tank as I received. If you compare the support lines on the sides of the white tank of the non pregnant model vs pregnant, you can see they’re not the same. The compression on my belly at 6 mo along was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t wear it for more than an hour. If you go to the blanqi site there is a more accurate description of this being for post partum only. I’m sure it is good for post partum, but for late pregnancy it was not wearable for me, I am 5’8 and usually M. I got the Large and the bottom barely met the top of my under the bump jeans and I had to keep tugging it down. I tried wearing it again when I knew I would be standing more, since sitting helps it rise up. It rode up less but the compression was still uncomfortable.

Let me start by saying I LOVE these. I wear one every single day. I got hooked on the Blanqi maternity tanks when I was pregnant and these do not disappoint. To address some of the negative review points: Rolling up. Size up for sure. I'm an Xs-S normally and the medium fits just right. Smaller sizes do roll but ordering up solved that completely. Pilling. Yes, these do pill at the armpits. But no more than my bras do, and I mostly treat these as underwear (two shirt method breastfeeding), so mild pilling does not bother me. I have 3 of these tanks and I keep one as just outerwear so it's less pilled than the strictly underwear ones. I've found washing cold inside out and hang drying helps here. Also, at the end of the day, it's the easiest thing I've found to pull down and flop a boob out while providing some back support so again, I don't mind. And real talk, they dry fast from spit ups/leaks and they don't get that dry crusty feeling like other materials do when you leak. Leaking is actually totally undetectable in the black. I'm so glad I found these!

This top is amazing for everyday life from working out to going out. I'm typically a 4-6 in tops, which would put me in a small but went ahead and got the medium. I am so glad I did!! It's got a great amount of compression, making it very supportive. I also love the length, you can wear it over things or tucked in. Breastfeeding is also super easy in it. My only complaint is, I wish I had gotten it sooner!!
