Better than the original
I love Blanche at its usual potency and this is the same scent but just longer lasting. A bit more sweet but not long lasting. I believe they literally just added more perfume oil of the same scent so it lasts longer. If you are in the market I would highly recommend this one over the original.

No trial size. Not spending 200 to try a perfume.
I’d love to try this, but I’m not investing +$200 just to try a fragrance. please offer a trial size of this fragrance.

Love this scent! I’ve been using it for almost 10 years. Great summer scent; very light. The bottle has gotten smaller. Used to get 3+ oz. For the price we get 1.5 oz now. I don’t like that!

Smells nothing like original version Blanche
I purchased the Blanche original and liked it. It doesn't last so you have to spray it throughout the day. The absolu smells nothing like it. I didn't think it smelled bad, but if you are looking for that fresh linen smell, this isn't it. To me I didn't detect or get a fresh linen vibe. It is definitely stronger than the Original but they smell like 2 totally different fragrances. Sadly, I returned it. For $280 I expected amazing. Smells average.

Part of why I love Byredo Blanche so much is its signature scent, but this one smells completely different—it’s actually making me feel a bit nauseous. It barely resembles the Blanche scent I love.
