Product never arrived
Product never arrived. I selected pickup in store and they “delivered it to the wrong address” when it was literally supposed to go to their own store. They also never told me it didn’t arrive or didn’t refund me either until I started a chat with support 3 days after my promised delivery time. Terrible customer experience.
