Wrong scent
Nordstrom listed the scent wrong (Patchouli, not black tea) and customer service made it impossible to fix the situation.

Premium quality
Although on the pricier side, this 3-in-1 wash is impressive, and a little goes a long way, so you don’t feel like you’re losing the product quickly.
The scent and its quality remind me of the wash products available in 5-star hotels. Unlike some of my lower-end wash products, the scent holds, leaving my aroma fresh, clean, and skin smooth with a combination of a musky and floral smell.
My only two minor complaints are it somewhat dries out the hair, so I stick with my Olaplex for my hair and use this item strictly as a body wash. My second complaint is since the quality and consistency of the liquid are thick (which is good), it doesn’t flow through the gallon dispenser pump smoothly enough. The dispenser pump should be of much better quality, considering the price. Still, none of these are dealbreakers.
Overall, I highly recommend this product. I’ll 100% continue to keep it stocked in my shower. It’ll last a while so the price is worth it.
