Gem stone keeps falling out bad quality
Very disappointing quality
The birthstone has now fallen out of my Monica Vinader necklace twice, once from the original necklace and now just again from the replacement, only around four months later.
I specifically raised concerns about the security of the stone after the first incident and asked about how the stone was secured onto the necklace. I was reassured it wouldn’t happen again, so got a replacement. Yet the exact same fault has occurred.
For jewellery at this price point, I find this completely unacceptable and would expect better quality.
