Love these shoes
Love these shoes, I bought them in black and navy. As I generally do, in Birkenstocks, I ordered the 5-5.5/36 size. I wear 6 normally, 36 European sizing. The support is great and very comfortable for extended walking. As a bonus they are really cute.

stiff shoe tongue hurts my foot
I really want to like thee slip ons but the leather shoe tongue is too stiff and it hurts my foot. The Oswego in canvas is much softer. The Bend can be adjusted with shoe laces so the tongue is not too tight.

Looks great, feels great - all day!
These shoes broke in perfectly, they look great with jeans and casual pants. I've been wearing them non-stop and they don't scuff, they are easy to slip on and off (but don't slip off your heal.) They are stylish and don't have the hippy dippy look of Birkenstock sandals (which I own as well).
They look good with socks and are comfortable to wear without socks.

sizing issues
I own this sneaker in gray and it fits my medium narrow foot well. The black pair is definitely too wide even though it is the same size and model. I bought a second pair in case the first one’s fit was a fluke, but the black sneaker is definitely wider than the gray one. I am so disappointed as I love the gray pair.
