Great shoes
I don't know why these have bad reviews these shoes are so cozy and nice I can barely take them off. I want more colors. I am a size 8 but usually order 38 in birks. I sized up to what my actual size would be because of the lining so that's why I marked the TTS.

Quality Control missing.
I received a WORN disgusting pair of Birkenstocks. If you want to be profitable, your employees who receive returns should carefully examine the product returned instead of barely looking inside the box. A shoe like the one you sent me will be returned by the next person who receives it and on and on again. The person who is shipping it out should similarly examine what they are shipping instead of taking a box from a shelf without examining the content. I already own a pair in midnight blue, so no complaints about the brand or particular shoe.

I was sent some random Birkenstocks
Nordstrom sent me a completely different pair of shoes and luckily was able to order the last pair of these in my size, but ETA is almost two weeks! Planned on having them for a trip, and no help from customer service on expediting shipping. I know from experience these run a little tighter with the shearling, so I had sized up, but they were too long and came back to order my regular size.

I read some of the other reviews before I bought, for me the size and width are perfect…I’m a size 38 and love that Birkenstocks come in a narrow…I did not have to adjust the buckle at all, maybe with the shearling lining that makes them more narrow but whatever they’re good for me…the big buckle makes them even cuter! With or without socks, comfortable and adorable, glad I took a chance.

toe ridges off/sizing weird
Have multiple pairs of birkenstocks in this size, first pair where the footbed support seemed off. Plenty of room in the back but the ridges seemed placed funny. Loved the color/style otherwise.
