Very Comfy!
Very comfortable! I’m always hesitant to purchase loafers as they tend to be narrow but these have plenty of toe room.

So disappointed
I really wanted to love this shoe but I had to return them. I’m a true size 7.5 but the 7.5 are too small. They were too narrow for me in the toe box and the 8 were too big.

Great shoe but terrible sizing -
I really wanted to keep these shoes - I ordered 2 different styles in 2 colors and love the shoe itself, but the sizing is just terrible. I am a true size 8 and couldn't even get the 8 on my foot. I also ordered the 8 1/2 - one style literally fell off my foot as I walked, and the other style was still way too small.
Hard to understand how a company can be so far off in a normal size. They all were returned and I probably will not try them again.

Too warm for my feet!
I love the styling and quality. The satin lining does not breathe and my feet got very hot and sweaty quickly! Will only wear these on cooler days. Wish there was an option for a different liner fabric.

Good enough but don’t buy the hype
The shoes are nice looking. I’m giving them 3 stars because these shoes ha e been so hyped up for comfort that I expected them to feel like butter on my feet. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not uncomfortable, just not any more comfortable than a pair of naturalized or similar brand. They’re also $100 bucks so I did expect more

Great style and color. Runs wide.
This shoe is very attractive. I ordered the Copper color and it was true to the color on the website. Unfortunately, the fit was much too wide for me. I do not normally wear "narrow" shoes and was surprised at how the shoe gapped on the sides. I returned the shoes but would recommend for anyone with a wider foot.

Run Very Wide
Meghan Markle must have wide feet! I’ll admit I found out about these shoes from a fashion news story about her. They’re reportedly super comfy which is most important to me. I was excited to try them but they are very wide, especially at the heels. The footbeds are very cushy but there was no way I could keep them on. And going down a size isn’t an option as my toes are already touching the front of the shoes. They will be going back.

Not Reliably Comfortable
The shoes are beautiful and I love that they're vegan! The left shoe is very tight across the bridge. I haven't had that issue before, so I wondered if it was only this particular pair of shoes or if it would happen with every pair from this brand. I bought a pair in another color directly from the brand's website. The pair from the brand's website fit perfectly across the bridge of both feet, but the toes were painful (not too short, just a weird shape that isn't present in the first pair). They are the same style and material, different colors.
I will not repurchase Birdies. The inconsistencies in their manufacture are painful. Out of the four shoes I have in my possession, only one is close to comfortable. I haven't decided whether to try to break them in or return them.
