These are the flats I have been waiting for! I was looking for comfort, as I have to walk a lot during the day. I received so many compliments. I went up a half size and it fit perfect. I have narrow feet.

Smelly, cheap, poorly sized and constructed shoes
These are awful shoes and I have no idea why this brand gets good ratings. First of all they are super wide and huge- size down at least half a size. They also smell awful. Like glue/chemicals. I told the company directly about this and they seemed not to care in the least.

Run small
These definitely run 1/2-1 full size small. I’ve been wanting Birdies for a while and finally decided to splurge. I would say they didn’t meet my expectations. First time I wore them, they were really uncomfortable to walk in and I got a huge bloody blister by walking in them for just 10 mins. I had to wear them at the house with socks to break them in. Now they’re fine, but I wouldn’t say they’re super comfortable like advertised. I’ve had a lot cheaper shoes that were more comfortable than birdies.

really had high expectations for this being a great travel shoe - it looks a lot like an old man's bedroom slipper to me...maybe others can style it better...that being said - it's not at all comfortable - the top cuts back too far.

Exquisite little loafer!
I rarely review items, but after looking high and low for a pretty and simple black flat, I fell in love with these. They are extremely cushioned and comfortable (even for this teacher who stands all day), and the velvet and delicate point on the top make them luxurious and give an extra special feel to them. Highly recommend both for work and play.
