Poor design and fit
I sincerely wish this shoe was better designed! The vamp is far too low, so your foot does not sit solidly in the shoe while walking. The back part of the shoe flaps around like a flip flop and it feels like you’re going to fall out at any moment. Really disappointed in this shoe from Birdies.

Impossible to walk in
I wanted some comfortable flats for work and heard about Birdies. I am usually a 9.5, but I ordered both a 9.5 and a 10 in these. I have medium width feet. There is absolutely no way to keep these on your feet if you intend to walk in them. They were going to fly off, and the heel kept smacking the ground loudly. I'm returning immediately.

poor design and fit
Ordered direct from birdies. I’d have to agree with other reviews there’s nothing holding your foot in place. The front of the shoe is too short. You can’t walk in them. I’m a true 7 and had to reorder a 7.5 which fit perfect but still a little wide. The shoe is beautiful, nicely padded footbed. Overall design useless. These were returned.
