Phenomenal!
I love drying my hair with this dryer. Three heat and air flow speeds. No worries about accidentally hitting the cool button. Settings can be smart set. Lightweight and slim and will fill easily into a suitcase. Best part, it doesn't cause that scorching, over dry, frizzy look to my hair. Phenomenal!! My last Bio Ionic dryer last over 10 years. Bought a T3 during Covid and it's no comparison to this new Bio Ionic hair dryer. To me, it's worth the price!

Better than Dyson
I’ve now had this hair dryer for 6 months and I love it so much. I had splurged on the Dyson supersonic and the weight was all in the handle and felt uncomfortable for my wrists, so I gave it to my sister and got this one (luckily on sale!). Let me tell you, this Bio Ionic dryer is better than the Dyson. It is light as a feather and compact, so you could easily travel with it and my arms never get tired using it. And the power is incredible. It’s almost hard to believe how strong it is for how little it is. On full blast I actually have to be careful about where I point it because it’ll knock down my smaller makeup products sitting on the counter lol. BUT this dryer doesn’t tangle my hair in knots like the Dyson did. I have fine hairs but a lot of it, and when my hair was long it took about 6-7 minutes to give myself a blowout with a round brush. Now I have a bob and it takes less than 3-4 mins to dry and it doesn’t fry my hair. The amount of time saved and the silky, voluminous end result is just unmatched. Also it’s a game changer to not feel exhausted arms after blow drying. I would say this dryer is worth the full cost and if you’re concerned, add it to your wish list to get notified when it’s on sale (you might just have to wait a bit). Otherwise, treat yourself - you won’t regret it!!

Can’t live without it
Just when I thought you’d never beat the 10X ( my fave, I have 3!) in strolls the SmartX. I rave about it so much other stylists purchase them for themselves and their teams!

Worth the investment
I’ve used Bioionic tools for several years. They are built to last and back it up with their 10yr warranty
This dryer is so nice and light while being powerful
Leaves the hair, nice and shiny without compromising it’s integrity

A lot of mechanical problems
I really like the way the dryer works and feels but I have had bad luck with them. I keep mine very clean and well maintained but have had 2 go bad on me already. It’s a good thing they have such great warranties because Bioionic has been wonderful with that. I think if this 3rd one quits working I’m going to demand a refund because I have to pay postage every time I send one in.
