Soft and simple
I’m 5’3” (100lbs, 33-24-33) and hem is just above knees. Soft fabric, but it’s viscose, which I found out is not environmentally-friendly due to chemical processing during manufacture. I wouldn’t have purchased if I’d known.
Sleeves at shoulder are a bit puffy (gathered at top of shoulder). Not my fav. I like clean lines, but poof is minor. Cut of dress at shoulder, under arms and across upper back and upper chest might be snug for some.
Neckline can be tied or left open. Tiny hook-and-eye for modesty if open is too low cut.
Dress in this style is somewhat see-through and dress is unlined.
A bit overpriced for this easy little dress.
I wish Billabong would utilize eco-friendly fabrics (soft and flowy). I won’t be purchasing anything made of viscose any more.

Great addition for cold weather
I wear it over my black fleeced tights and a black cashmere turtleneck. The sleeves can gather above elbow and puff down, and the elastic is hidden. I love it. Such a pretty festive print. Quality is decent for price.

Made for small chest
Dress is very cute but the bust area is super tight and made for those with a small chest. I am petite but 32D and this must go back since it is too snug on top (purchased XS).

Favorite New Dress
This is not something I would usually pick out for myself but the color was so vibrant and pretty and the fit is great, I was worried it would look baggy but not at all. It’s also pretty versatile since it’s so lightweight. I can wear with boots and leggings or can wear with sandals for warmer weather.
