Big Stretch Silk Ribbon Scarf

I love pairing scarves with my outfits in many ways, so versatility is key. I ordered this ribbon scarf in green as I have many tops/sweaters in this shade. I like to wear ribbon scarves around my neck, around my head, tied around my ponytail or purse strap, tied as a hat band on my fedoras, and around my waist as a belt. This scarf is the perfect color and print to suit my tastes and wardrobe. My only criticism is that it could be a few inches longer. It measures 36" long from the longest points, which are cut at an angle, while the length from the shorter points is 32". This makes the length barely long enough to use as a belt over clothing on my 29" waist. Also, the shorter length limits the variety of ways I could tie the scarf around my neck. However, despite the length, I find enough versatility and outfit pairing options to keep it. I like the vibrant Kelly green color and the leopards in the print, a unique nod to the animal print trend.

I love silk scarves of all shapes and sizes and have a small collection of them. I wanted one with a black background and I really liked the style of this scarf. Unfortunately, the one I was sent is unusable. It was sent directly from Echo in the condition you see in the pictures. The hole in the plastic has a corresponding hole in the silk scarf. The shipper did not do this damage, as the packaging is intact. It was packaged up by an Echo employee and sent to me in this state. The design is darker than I had expected, but I probably would have kept it if it hadn’t been damaged on arrival. Be very wary of ordering anything from this brand.
