What it does: Each capsule is formulated with the herb rhodiola, which is found in the highest altitudes and coldest areas of Europe and Asia, and is known to increase the body's capacity to adapt to stressful conditions so you can keep a clear head and stay beautiful during demanding conditions.

A 2012 study on the effects of rhodiola extract on mental performance under stress and fatigue found the group who received the active ingredients had lower fatigue and performed better than those who received the placebo.
