First time ever reviewer here but I’m that disappointed. My palette came shattered, I’m so upset. These are once a year releases, better care should have been taken in shipment. This is unacceptable.

Nordstrom sent me the wrong item!
I was very excited for this palette. I have loved all of Byredo’s big palettes and couldn’t wait to use this one except when I went to Nordstrom to pick up my order they brought out this huge box and when we opened it, it was someones blazer!! Nordstrom messed up the order and now it’s sold out!! Ugh I am so mad at them. How do you mistake a blazer for an eyeshadow palette even customer service was confused!
