Tie Breaker Circle Skirt

I turned 50 today and popped into Nordstrom for a mimosa and eggs Benedict before a little shopping and enjoying some “me time” I bought this skirt, skort and it’s really cute. It also came in bright Orange which I should have bought too. I am 145, 5’7. The medium worked well and if it shrinks a tad after washing, it will still be fine. I’m trying to start walking again and taking time to care for myself. This skirt, skort wgot me out today and it’s 39 degrees, windy and gray. The right clothes can pretty much motivate you to go when you would rather curl up under a down comforter and take a nap. Good choice, buy it. Love it

Wanted to love this skirt. It's incredibly soft, fits well, and looks great when you're just standing there. However, I should have moved around a bit more before committing, The legs of the shorts underneath continually ride up and stay that way with even minimal activity. The waistband tends to slide down. I was forever yanking things up and down the one and only time I wore it. Uncomfortable and embarrassing to be rooting around under your skirt all the time. I have a short waist, wide hips, and long legs which are pretty muscular from riding, which sometimes create fit problems, so maybe this skirt, as with many things, works fine for more petite people. I bought two and will be returning the second one. I'll see if the one I've worn is suitable for over a bathing suit. Otherwise, it's going right into the donation pile. Disappointing considering the price.

This was so cute on. It had enough length and just the right amount of flow in the skirt. I couldn’t get past having no pockets. I wasn’t a fan of the blackish heather fabric. A redesign with pockets is called for. How can this be called a tennis skirt without pockets? Also, a solid black would be great. I took it back.
