A beautiful finish. Watch out for the hinges
When I opened the shipping box, the finish and weight of this set exceeded my expectations. After unfolding the board, I was disappointed to find that the hinges were not recessed and so would rub on the tabletop when the set is used. I’m sending it back.
I was also disappointed that my set showed signs of wear, as if it had been on display in a store for a while , and there were gooey Nordstrom stickers on the inside of the board and one of the backgammon dice cups.
