'Mobile' Leather Wedge Espadrille Sandal

I love this wedge sandal so much that I bought 2 pairs - in dk brown leather and bone suede - and I'm ordering a third pair in black. It's been hard to find a pretty, sexy, and comfortable shoe that I can walk in for miles on the streets of New York. I have a wide foot and large calves. The cut of this shoe is very flattering. Easy to get on and off with the Velcro strap, it's great with dresses, shorts, skirts, and pants.

I wore these out of the box to an event that required standing and walking for 4 hours. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever had, and they are very attractive. I bought them in the nude color, and they go with everything. I wear a standard width, although I tend to the wider of that size due to bunions, which limits styles of shoes that I can wear (no pretty strappy sandals). The leather of this sandal is soft and envelopes the forefoot, including the bunion, so the sandals are comfortable and hide my flaws at the same time. The footbed is a woven seisal type of material---not smooth. Other reviewers found this uncomfortable. I did not find it to be uncomfortable or even noticeable during activity. I am likely going to buy this in more colors. So cute!

I am so in love with the look of these and so sad that I had to return them. As other reviewers have mentioned, the scratchy material that makes the heel is also exposed on the sole area, so wearing them feels a little like standing on a sisal rug. And I'm not sure what the description means about "hook and loop" closure, but the straps on the pair I got fastened with velcro so as I walked around the house it felt as though they were about to fall off. I live in a city and navigate curbs and stairs and need my shoes to stay on my feet. If these had had a comfy sole and a buckle I would have bought a pair in any color they made.

I love these beautiful espadrilles. The leather is very good quality. It is very soft and comfortable. These shoes run large. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9, but ordered these in an 8 M and they fit very well. I will enjoy wearing these shoes, I know!

I am giving these shoes four stars because they are so cute! I loved them and unfornately I had to send them back because there is no padding on the ball of the foot. Shoes for me must be comfortable and cute,

Black suede runs true to size. I loved then and ordered in metallic. They run big and wide in metallics.
