Asymmetric Single Long Sleeve Gown

This gown is beautiful! It runs a maybe a size small but I had another dress from Betsy and Adam so I ordered the same size as the other one I had. Wore this to a holiday party and it was great. The material is not thin. It’s not see through. It has good weight to it. It flows well. It’s a great dress. Very classy and sexy and sophisticated. I highly recommend this dress.

I think someone previously wrote that the material was very thin so I was hesitant to get this dress for a formal event. I thought maybe it wasn’t lined or was cheap looking/feeling but I loved the cut so I went for it. And I’m so glad I did! It is a stretchy material but it’s lined so it’s got a tad bit of structure. It’s flowy and hugs all at once. I personally think it’s a great dress. I got a size 6 initially and it fits but it’s snug. Normally I’m a 6 but sometimes I am an 8 so I re-ordered in the 8 and I’m much more comfortable in that though with some shape wear I could’ve worn the 6. However, I think I would’ve felt more self conscious especially about my mid section. I’m pretty average sized and the sleeve fit pretty snug. If you have fuller arms, it might be pushing it. Overall I think it’s a pretty good price and a good fit. At 5’4 and moderate height heels, I still need a little hemming on the length. I like the drama of the neckline. Keeps it from looking too Mother of the Bride which is how I feel many formal dresses look on me. I’m 41 but I still want to look seggsy!

This is a very flattering and unique dress. The sleeved side isn't as structured in the neckline as it shows in the picture so it doesn't have the same exact shape but still very pretty. Didn't need to tailor the length at all with my 3 inch heels and I am a little over 5'3".

Loved this dress. Very comfortable and flattering. Getting the right under garments is key. Spanx and adhesive breast covers. I ordered size 2 and did need it hemmed at the bottom and in the sleeves as I am 5’0. The sleeve circumference it a bit tight, I’m muscular but it still worked. I wore this to a military ball and got tons of compliments. Definitely a great purchase and will wear again!

The cheapest material used to make this dress. It was sewn wrong the seams are terrible. There is no way Nordstrom should be selling anything of this low quality. Returning immediately.
