'Forever Perfect' Underwire Demi Bra

I went in for a bra fitting, and walked out with 7 betsey johnson bras. After getting my fitness on for a year, nothing I owned fit me. I needed all new bras, and decided to visit Nordstrom's. The lady who helped me was so patient and super helpful. After trying on bazillions of styles, I settled on Betsy Johnson Forever Perfect as a good balance between comfort and price. The band is true to size, but the cups are a bit small. Size up in cup size if you purchase a push-up. Comfortable to wear all day, holds everything in place, no popping out. Very cute basic, everyday bra. Underwire doesn't poke. Fabric is soft, non-itchy, holding up after 6 months in the bra rotation. I hand wash or machine wash on delicate cycle, air dry. I'm 5'5'', 130 lbs, and 32B. One star knocked off because I have to fuss with the adjusting the straps every time I wear it.

I tried on this bra and I wanted to see the shape underneath something so I threw on a sweater. I didn't realize there was a hook midway on the back strap, so it snagged the sweater when I removed it. Obviously I returned the bra. The idea of a convertible bra is nice but not if it ruins other clothes.

I have been looking for a racerback bra and finding very few options. I got this hoping it would work out but I find that within a few hours of putting it on, the underwire digs into my ribs/chest and it's extremely uncomfortable. The bra does seem to be well made and I do appreciate the convertible racerback element, but it's just too uncomfortable to wear for any extended period of time for me. I did have this bra fitted by a Nordstrom specialist so I am wearing the right size.

Took a chance at the Anniversary sale and purchased this bra. It is very comfortable and supportive enough to wear playing golf. Great price! Size is what I normally wear but it does take a bit of work to lengthen the straps to convert to a racerback bra. Would have given it 5 stars but I don't like having the J hook hanging on the strap creating a bump when I am not wearing it racerback.

The underwire squeaks - yes, SQUEAKS - when I wear it. Yes, I've washed it. Yes, I was fitted by a Nordstrom pro. It's fine if you plan to stand still the whole day and not move, but otherwise, material used to surround the underwire is squeaky. Weird! Also, when you utilize the hook in the back to convert the bra to racerback, it becomes too uncomfortable to wear for long. Yes, I let the straps out all the way whenever I use the hook, but it's still uncomfortable. But it's not often I wear it like this because the darn thing squeaks. I gave it 2 stars for the nice way it looks under t-shirts. Sorry Betsey Johnson, but I'd like my $46 back. :(

This bra is so comfortable and fits wonderfully. The woman at the store recommended it ans every other I tried on after that doesn't even compare!
