Shoes are cute, suede quality but s cheap. Not soft and discolored in areas Shoes are not cushioned. Not at all what you expect from Cole Haan. You can tell these were made for anniv sale. Cheap

I tried these on in-store today and found them to be somewhat uncomfortable. There was little padding in the footbed, the cut around the toe box came up high on my foot causing it to crease in a strange spot and my foot looked long. The shoe was made of a nice enough leather but I would have preferred a more realistic leopard print. They run big so you might want to size down 1/2 size. I passed.

I ordered these ballet flats online during the Anniversary Sale, was excited for them to elevate my fall wardrobe. Upon opening the box, my excitement was immediately deflated. The leather (suede) just doesn’t look quality, it’s dull and has no depth or texture. The shoes were too long and I stepped right out of them. This is odd, because I own other Cole Haan flats in the same size and have never had an issue. The odd thing is, even though they were too large to wear, they felt extremely narrow in the toe box. There is no real cushioning or comfort that Cole Haan shoes are known for. It’s almost as if this shoe was made for a mass production sale. Nordstrom - say it isn’t so! The shoes are being returned and I am shaking my head in disappointment.

I’m normally an 8 which is what I ordered. Looks like I will need to go down at least a 1/2 size, probably a full size. Minimal padding in foot bed, but that seems sort of common in many flats.

So classic and chic - bought in 3 colors - but runs big!!

These shoes were cheaply made and found it hard to believe they were Cole Haan. I remember when Cole Haan made a quality, beautiful shoe but not anymore. Will return....
