Arrived after a long time
Dress took a long time to arrive. Not sure what happened to it. It seems to have a white cast on it like a moldy appearance as if it was forgotten in a moist or wet truck or as if the package got rained on. Even the metal on the dress belt also is a bit rusted. It took a while to get here and I needed it for a special occasion. For the price I wish it came in a better condition.
