It's a faux fur beauty
I don't get all the negative reviews. Yeah it has different closures but they're not difficult to use - just different. Not sure what people's expectations were but this is a faux fur jacket. It's not a slim or tailored fit, but it's amazingly soft and so warm! It will add bulk just like any fur jacket so if you don't like that, this isn't for you. I'm a size small top with a larger chest and I ordered a small since it seemed like it had an oversized fit. I would say it's true to size as far as jackets go. I'm not planning to wear anything bulky under this and I have no problem with the shoulder or chest width when closed. It's a more dressy and lux look that would be perfect for the winter as an office or meeting day coat, date night or cocktail outfit topper. Definitely not something you're going to wear to the grocery store. I'm debating whether to keep it because I'm not sure how often I'll actually be able to wear it, but the color, softness, warmth and price make it worth it!

Looked better online
Online the jacket looks like it has a smaller pile and more streamlined. It's a bulky jacket and heavy the faux fur up close not great. The clasps should be easy to use I have a jacket with similar closures but these are not for some reason maybe becasue the jacket is so slippery

Odd snaps
I'm 6' tall and the sleeves and overall length seem great! Fits across my athletic shoulders too (size L). Debating to keep it because it has the strangest snaps to close the coat. They are cumbersome at best, you have to jab the plastic arm through a loop buried in the faux fur and snap it shut. Other than that, it's just as pictured, insanely soft, and will be very warm for winter months!

Very cute

Weird Clasps
I love the faux fur and the chevron, I don't love the style of this. The color is gorgeous. I think it would look good on any skin tone. I am very fair. It looks kind of sloppy and too boxy on me though. The clasps are a nightmare to try to do and undo. I really really wanted to love this, but this cut and clasps mean I am sending it back. Bummed.

overwhelming and clasps are impossible
Child proof clasps? I’m not sure I’ve ever dealt with anything like this before. I may have gotten over it (?) but the XS was overwhelming on my 5’3” frame.

soft and pretty but also very heavy
Did I mention it’s heavy??? It’s really heavy. Perhaps if you live somewhere super cold, heavy is desirable, but there’s no way I could use this in Texas and I would never take something this heavy on a flight. Very soft very pretty. I wish it worked for me.
