After emigrating from Poland in the 1900s, brothers Philip and Hyman Berlinsky opened a men's clothing store in Charleston, South Carolina. In the 1940s, they started designing and creating their own trousers, and today Berle is run by the fourth generation of the family. Weird Sizing difference depending on color
I Ordered my husband 1 size up (sz 40) the red & green plaid slacks and the fit was totally different- the green fit him almost like they were tailor made but the red were way too big (at least 1 size). Needles to say he kept the green ones. He said they felt great on, material was soft and not too heavy - Be aware of sizing for the red plaid- so weird because they are the same brand!
