Wore out within a couple of weeks
Looked great at first but after one washing and a handful of wearings over two weeks, the corduroy on the top of one leg was almost completely worn off so they looked like they were several years old.

good quality - but waist size is off
I wear size 32 waist for all my pants, but for some reason this pants was about 1 inch to small. So if you are about to place an order, I suggest you order at least one waist size up. The inseam was as advertised, and the quality looks good.
As with most quality oriented pants, it also has been manufactured to allow for an increase in the waist size by letting out the pants at the back center seam. Something I recommend you have a tailor do for you. I looked at the extra material at that seam, and it appears to be at least 1 inch of allowance.

Well made cords, with a touch class. However, "the true to fit" descriptions is not correct. Perhaps it's a label issue, but the size as indicated is not close. I wear a 35, or 36 waist and no chance I could button these closed

Way too small
I have worn a 34 waist for years. I ordered these in a 34 and they would not even button. I sent them back and re-ordered a 36. They came and fit fine. It's April and I won't wear them until the fall. But I can say they are nice looking and soft.

Feels comfortable but very small... like others I suggest going up at least 1 size... I wear between a 33 and 34 waist, and have bought pants recently that fit... these were at least an inch too small
