Bergen Recycled Down Insulated Jacket
I have been disappointed with the zipper on this jacket. Three times i have encountered problems with the zippers not lining up and making it difficult to zip up without worrying I am going to encounter difficulty once again. Audrey was kind to help me, but i foresee another trip to downtown Nordstrom to exchange it.
