Raccoon Eyes in the afternoon
It is okay. I like that it dries quickly, but it does not stay on the entire day. I put it on in the morning and when I looked at myself in the late afternoon (3 pm), I had raccoon eyes. I will stick with the Stila Stay All Day liquid liner.

Really wanted to like it, but...
I couldn’t. I’ve given this item a couple of months now (but not every day usage). At first I was really impressed with several things: how fine the tip of this liner was, how smoothly it drew onto my eyelid, how rich the color was (in black and in brown). But then I started noticing that this liner was nowhere NEAR waterproof. The worst part is that every time I wear this liner, my eyes get so irritated and I’m constantly feeling like there’s something in my eye/contact. Come to realize it’s because the liner is flaking off into my eye. This doesn’t happen with my other eyeliner brands. Disappointed because I am really impressed with the color and smoothness but the cons outweighed the pros too much.
