What it is: A luminous highlighting pencil that instantly illuminates and visibly lifts brows.
What it does: It's creamy and blendable and comes in a champagne-pink shade with an eye-catching, luminous finish that accentuates your arches, makes your eyes pop and gives your brow area a lifted look.
How to use: Apply the pencil under your brow, following the arch, and lightly blend. For more luminous arch appeal, apply two dots above your arch and blend. To define a barely there tail, apply extra from your arch to the outer end of the brow only, then add two dots above the tail and blend.
