Sophisticated/Chic
I have been trying to find a flattering new coat for the last four years and finally have. I bought this in camel and adore it. The shoulders are sharp, the fit is flattering and it goes with everything. The ONLY thing that bugs me about it is that I've only worn it five times and it's already pilling in the armpits.

Disappointed!
Bought the berry color online. Beautiful color, true to size. My issue is, the quality of the item. It’s obviously a return item. Previously used because there’s cat hair all over the coat and food crumbs on the lower front just below the right pocket. When I called the customer service, she couldn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. I asked to speak with the manager and the same thing. They just don’t do any extra to compensate for the hassle and the inconvenience it caused the customer. Have to return this coat and re order and hope for the best that Nordstrom will actually send you a brand new item.

Well made but very shiny
Appears to have a nice cut and is heavy. I wasn’t expecting the “wool blend” to be so darn shiny. It’s a poly and wool blend, doesn’t look like it will hold up very well.

The berry color was great
The berry color is very striking and fun. I thought the patch pockets looked cheap, almost like a robe, and the plastic logo on the pocket was another strike against the coat.

Beautiful coat
The material is a good weight, so will be great in the fall. Sleeves are nice & long. The color is darker than shown online but will be fine. The only thing I don’t like is the Karl Lagerfeld logo on the left pocket, which I could do without-I see it getting caught on things, or things getting caught on it, & I don’t usually wear things with obvious logos. Nonetheless, I like the coat.

this is a beautiful coat
This coat is just beautiful. The material is great, heavy but not to heavy. The color is stunning and it definitely looks like a higher end brand name coat. It runs big, like not a full size but almost. I am a true medium in everything and I could have gotten a small for sure. Worth it!
