Belted Linen Shirtdress

Ordered size 6 which is already 1size bigger than my usual size yet I dont have enough room for my shoulders to move around.Also I know its linen but its thin

This is not an opinion about the dress, it's about how I received it. I ordered this dress with the illusion of using it for a specific occasion, when I opened the package it seemed to me that the dress was very wrinkled, I stretched it to measure it and saw that it was dirty on the sleeves and the worst thing was to see in the area of the armpits sweat stains that smelled without approaching. I don't know who packs this order without checking that someone already used it and left it horribly dirty. It ruined my day without a doubt. At that moment I let them know through chat, but their answer was "do you want to change it?" I no longer expect someone to take charge of what for me is a lack of respect for a client and if possible that this does not happen to anyone else.
