Disappointing process

This is the second time that I ordered this chain. The first time it was too small and so sent it back and ordered another, the appropriate size. Nordstrom sent it out two weeks ago and it is lost, so they say. Only option is to order again with expedited delivery! Pretty dissatisfied!
