It really does work!
Follow instructions and wear it all the time except for showering! My sister used it at it totally worked! She was flat 2 weeks after she had my nephew! Back to where you used to be it's amazing. I'm going to use it after I have a baby for sure!

Avoid if breastfeeding
Quality of product is fine, but overall satisfaction is poor due to the functionality and impracticability. Extremely frustrating to attempt to breastfeed while wearing as it's uncomfortable and no new mother has time to put this on and take it off 8+ times a day while nursing an infant. Avoid this lackluster product all together.

One of the better post pregnancy girdles available
I think this is one of the better belly binders available and I do think it is working. I found this one to be more breathable and comfortable due to the bamboo fiber. I've only worn it for one week, but it is helping. It definitely helps your belly and back to feel supported after giving birth. I used the size chart on the manufacturer's website and found it to be accurate. The only issue is that initially I was in between sizes, but I knew I'd be shrinking. I didn't want to buy a medium, only to move on to a small later. My advice is buy a cheaper one for the first week or so, then use this more expensive model for long term. It is definitely worth it to invest in this bamboo version!

Worth it
I was skeptical at first but it really did work! After the first week of wearing I wasn't sure that it was actually working but it helped to support my wobbly belly. After 3 weeks I thought it was a miracle worker. My tummy was flatter after using it then before I had my baby. I bought 2 - the bamboo version and the original version. The bamboo one is more breathable. I would suggest you buy 2 for when you have to wash one, you'll have a backup to wear.

It's ok.
It is very easy to put on and adjust, and works well when you are standing but if you are moving a lot and sitting it will bunch up in the back and it will ride up. I have to keep pulling it down over my hips. It also gets very hot to wear.

Design needs improvment
So I lost all the weight from being pregnant, but I still look like I am pregnant. It's been 5 months, so I thought I would give in to the hype and try this out. The first day I tried it, I loved it. My back which has been aching felt supported and I looked slimmer with it on. Of coarse it shows through some clothes, but really who is wearing tight clothes after having a baby. I have been wearing loose tops with leggings and it doesn't show then. I walked around the block with it on and felt great, nice and supported. When it was time to nurse, it got in the way. I don't see how someone could wear this nursing after giving birth (there is enough stuff to deal with at that time). At lest now that I am 5 months pp nursing is easier but not with thing jabbing you under the boob. On the second day, I was loving this wrap a little less, sure I had amazing posture, but it already creased (which it says is normal) and where it creased it was very binding in the waist. I kept wanting to take it off and readjust it. On the third day I was looking for an alternative, it became more and more uncomfortable and kept ridding up, having my belly hanging out under it and it mostly compressing my ribs. When I pulled it down in place it was better, but once I sat down it dug into my legs. After standing up and sitting down a few times, it's not where it should be. I ended up wearing it for six days and I did lose an inch in my waist (will it stay that way, don't know). I even tried the B.F.F. hoping it would fit better but that also just rode up.
I think for this to be comfortable you need to have a long torso and your waist and hips are close in size. Also standing and not bending or sitting for most of your day.
